Ernst Mustafaev is the founder and Creative Director of the brand AzruElegance. The brand was established in Germany in 2025—created for the bold. AzruElegance aims to inspire people to be braver and to follow their dreams—especially those who are outsiders and have often been overlooked. Here, you are heard—empowered to grow and to find your courage, even when everyone else turns their back on you. It is about staying true to yourself and making your dream a reality—even when others laugh or claim that you can't do it. When I first began to dress more elegantly, they laughed at me; yet I remained true to myself. Before long, they wanted to be just like me. AzruElegance is for the bold—for those who, despite facing headwinds, dare to forge their own path and remain authentic.
Ernst Mustafaev was born in Russia in 2001, in the town of Bystry Istok. One month later, his parents and two siblings emigrated to Germany—to Wiesbaden—in search of a better life. Ernst Mustafaev first attended the Anton-Grunner-Schule primary school (2006–2012) and subsequently the Wolfram-von-Eschenbach Hauptschule (2012–2017).Ernst Mustafaev completed his secondary education and participated in a vocational training program in 2019. He did not complete a formal apprenticeship, as he was convinced that he was capable of achieving something greater than a standard 9-to-5 job. His first employment experiences were in the cleaning, security, and office sectors. He did not want to spend his entire life simply working; rather, he believed that one can achieve far more by demonstrating perseverance and remaining true to one's dreams.
Looking to the future, Ernst aims to make a statement: No matter where you come from, and no matter how many setbacks you face, what ultimately matters is remaining true to yourself and forging your own path. This vision gave rise to the brand AzruElegance—a brand for the courageous.
Azru Elegance's philosophy is based on the idea that clothing is more than just fabric – it should convey a feeling of "being different" and inspire the wearer to complete their own story.
